If you cannot enter or exit or call the elevator, proceed to the door in front of the door ['Diagnosis' menu in the GAYO app -> Diagnosis and self-repair -> Send diagnosis details], then enter the time of malfunction and the location of the door in ['A/' in the GAYO app. You can receive detailed information by leaving an inquiry in the 'S Center' menu.
