Body combat is a cardiovascular exercise program that is performed in a group and consists of performing movements from different martial arts such as taekwondo, karate, capoeira, muay thay (Thai boxing), tai chi or boxing, among others, through choreography. with music in which you can exercise arms, shoulders, back, legs and abdominals, thus allowing you to improve flexibility, strength, coordination and cardiovascular resistance.
This exercise program was created by Nathalie Leivas in New Zealand in 2000. It is currently very popular around the world.
