The BPL Praat mee app is an innovative, stimulating and accessible method for you to see which topic are being discussed and also give you the opportunity to let the organization know how you feel about the topics presented.

In order to use the BPL Praat mee app you will need a log in code from BPL Pension Fund. After that step you will create a personal code to enter the app. Once you have logged into the BPL Praat mee app using this code, the environment will be specific to your organization and only viewable for people using the same login. Talk along app can be adapted to suit your organization's house style and the topics can be tailored to what is relevant to your organization.

How does the BPL Praat mee app work?
1. A new topic will be added by the BPL Pension Fund.
2. Users of the app receive a push notification on their mobile phones that a new topic has been added.
3. Users choose one of the four answers to the topic. They can then compare their responses to those of other users and discuss it with colleagues in the comment section.
Users will also see a score and feedback on their choices, for example, in one of the four profiles that is composed based on their responses to several topics.
4. The organization can monitor the aggregated responses and reactions and can see how many users responded to a topic and what their response was.
5. The topic can be closed (e.g. after a week) with a final conclusion and a new topic can be placed.
