In 1985 the brothers, Walter, Wander and Carlos Guaritá idealized and founded the first auction house in Mato Grosso do Sul, LEILOBOI LEILÕES RURAIS, today chaired by Carlos Guaritá and Família, the auction house holds more than 100 annual auctions.

In celebration of the company's 25th anniversary, in June 2010, Leiloboi held the largest beef cattle auction in the state's history, the MEGA LEILÃO LEILOBOI 25 YEARS, in Confinamento Malibú. With 15,000 animals offered and sold in six hours of auction, with two thousand customers present.

In 2011, the company opened its own headquarters in Campo Grande / MS. With wide and modern spaces, digital technology, with a studio that allows the transmission of virtual auctions live, through optical fiber.
In 2013, LEILOBOI acquired Fazenda Novo Horizonte, in the Nhecolândia wetland, Curva do Leque, in Corumbá / MS, to continue the development of the region, with modernity and professionalism. THE AUCTION LEILOBOI FAZENDA NOVO HORIZONTE, takes place every last Saturday of the month, reaching the mark of 55,000 animals offered in 2019, with 100% liquidity.

In 2019, it opens its own headquarters in the Leiloboi Corumbá / MS branch, to better serve customers in the Pantanal, a region with great potential for the growth of national livestock.

Also in 2019, Leiloboi sold a total of 3,500 PO Breeder and Breeders. The beef cattle auctions, held in the cities of Campo Grande, Ponta Porã, Dourados, Jardim, Maracaju, Bela Vista, Caracol, Nioaque and Corumbá, offered more than 10,000 animals. In addition to the indoor auctions, every Sunday at 8 pm the VIRTUAL CUTTING AUCTION AUCTION is held, selling around 26,000 animals, becoming the most credible VIRTUAL CUTTING AUCTION in the country.
