The 1Doc Atendimento app comes to make life easier for citizens, taxpayers, companies, customers and suppliers of Organizations that already use the 1Doc platform to optimize their internal processes: communication, service and document management.

With the app, it is possible to register and open different requests that will fall directly into the inbox of those who resolve. When using the app, it is not necessary to go to the Organization to file the demands, everything is done online and at the end of the process it is possible to follow the progress, all digitally and at no cost.

If you already have a 1Doc account in the Call Center of one of the Organizations that use our platform and have the app hired, just inform that you will have full access to requests.

Through our new subject selection screen, quickly find the type of request you want to make, enter the text, attach photos and other documents and send it to the Organization. In a few minutes you will receive an email confirming the opening of your order. From there, the transactions will also be sent to your e-mail address.
