This application performs financial calculations to facilitate financing conference using the SAC table.
It has the following features:

 - Simulation of the value of the shares of funding
To simulate the value of the shares of funding, it is necessary to inform the amount to be financed, the number of months and the interest rate to 4 digits.
After clicking the calculate button, the application displays the plots and the total amount to be paid considering the interest.

 - Calculation of interest rate financing
To calculate the interest rate of the financing, must be informed as amount financed, the number of months and the amount of the first installment.
After clicking the calculate button, the application displays the rate of interest per year and the month.


This application is very useful for people who want to simulate mortgages to verify the total amount that will be paid in several banks such as Caixa Economica Federal Santander, Itau, Banco do Brazil, among others.
Very useful for comparing proposals for financing and check the rate charged on each bank.
