The application allows the Endemic Combat Agent (ACE) to record information to control endemic diseases, during visits to the localities that cover his area of ​​activity, divided into blocks and sides. The agent registers or updates data from the Home and Territorial Registration Form of the locality and selects one or more forms of endemic diseases to be filled in, such as: Dengue Form, Chagas Disease, Synanthropic Animals, among others.
