TVsenhas can be installed on Smart TVs or TV boxes, offering multiple functionalities in a single app, either separately or combined:

Advertising Screen – displays animations, images, and product descriptions.
Price Screen – shows a list of products and their corresponding prices.
Simple Service Queue – sequentially calls service queue numbers.
Dual Service Queue – sequentially calls regular and priority service queue numbers.
Orders – allows calling order tickets managed through PDVweb.

TVsenhas can operate online, controlled by PDVweb for order ticket calls, or offline, controlled by a TV remote or numeric keypad for calling service numbers.

In advertising or price screen mode, product images and prices are retrieved from the Fiscal Issuer through an automatic communication process.

Since the app can communicate with the Fiscal Issuer via the local network, it can be installed in departments like butcher shops and bakeries within a supermarket, where each department has separate control of service queues and price lists. Alternatively, connected through an interface, it can be used by multiple clients across different commercial activities such as butcher shops, fruit and vegetable stores, bakeries, ice cream shops, snack bars, and food trucks, where the data presented by TVsenhas is obtained from the Fiscal Issuer installed on a server.
