Saúde Ativa SC is a pre-clinical service by telephone (via 0800), online chat and video call through the application or website, with remote assistance 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The purpose of the service is to offer the first access to health, in order to support face-to-face health units, being a support with distance care.
Distance pre-clinical care is performed by nursing technicians and nurses for guidance and information on health, and in the presence of symptoms to be clinically screened and classified for proper conduction and/or referral to face-to-face care, always advising reliably the conduct to be taken, reducing risks and providing greater peace of mind for the user.

Online chat: instant messages are present in our daily lives and through the app it is possible to contact the healthcare team;

Free video calls: facilitates communication, increasing the perception of contact and making the service more humane;

Prescriptions: space to store medical prescriptions and certificates, so everything is safe to consult when you need it;

Alarm: to use always, it's worth remembering to take the medication, measure the pressure, change the dressing, whatever you need;

Virtual card: information about the user's national health card.
