Our açaí pulp is organic and we seek it directly from the producer, where we have access from the plantations to the process in which the pulp is packaged.
Our production process is completely handcrafted, where it starts with the purchase of our pulp, the production of bottling products until it reaches the customer's table.
The recipe is simple: 80% pulp and 20% guarana syrup, a product that is also produced in our state!
Our product is creamy because it contains a large amount of pulp and a small amount of liquid (an item that in excess causes ice crystals) the amount of water contained in the product is added in the filling of the bar by the producer, so we do not use ice cream products to give creaminess.
