The BrasilBR collaborative app helps you develop an intentional routine for taking care of your relationships in your school environment and in your personal life, in an organized and structured way.
Using the language of Socio-Emotional Hungers and the 24 Character Strengths, you will have access to individual and collective routines that will promote your self-knowledge and knowledge of others, strengthening your ability to create and sustain Good Relationships, increasing your energy levels and reducing stress.


SPACE OF THE SELF

A safe environment for you to take notes and reflect on everyday situations, recording and deepening the analysis in four areas.
In Gratitude reflection, you promote your positive emotions and Vitality Strength. In Admiration reflection, you recognize values ​​from the external environment, connecting deeply with other people. In Progress reflection, you record and analyze the development of some note recorded in other reflections or advances you made in relation to some established objective. In the Irritation reflection, you take on a protagonist role analyzing negative situations based on Hunger and Strength, avoiding becoming emotionally kidnapped.


BR GROUP SPACE

You can always choose whether you will keep your records private or whether you will share them with your GrupoBR, made up of a few more colleagues. In shared notes, it is possible to receive and make comments, which contributes both to personal development and to building Good Relationships more broadly.
