Employees can send medical certificates from wherever they are, with the possibility of attaching images. The request is sent to the Personnel Department, which checks the validity and carries out the approvals, making the status of the approvals available to the user

Vacation Request
Employees can easily make vacation requests via the app. Requests are automatically sent to the manager and the personnel department for approval, while the status is available to the requester.

Ease of time recording, carried out digitally from anywhere, with the geolocation function to record remote work. Includes a justification field for manual and out-of-hours records, allowing the personnel department to analyze non-standard cases. Furthermore, working day data is automatically synchronized with the company's ERP and linked to payroll.

Manager Access and Control
Control panel with web access, for use by Managers and the Human Resources department. The managers screen presents tools to coordinate the operation, handle requests, send notifications and extract reports. The panel presents a dashboard with pending information, data on hours worked, information by employees, management of groups of hours, positions, company calendar and technical reports. It also allows the export of data, in accordance with ordinances 671 and 1510 of the Ministry of Labor.
