B3 Real Estate Payment is an application aimed exclusively at financed properties acquired off-the-shelf through B3's partner developers and financial institutions.

If you have purchased a participating property, you will receive an email with your login and password and you will be able to use this application to:

• consult the debt balance of the acquired property;
• consult paid and due installments;
• make the payment of installments that have issued slips.

To access: access to this application is released only after validating your CPF with the developer and later sending an email with login and password. It is not possible to make a new registration through the application.
