Many people suffer from SNORING, either with the snoring of those sleeping next to them and not letting them sleep, or with the snoring itself that brings:
- Lack of performance in daily activities;
- Daytime sleepiness;
- Decreased libido and sexual impotence;
- Many other unpleasant and dangerous symptoms.

However, many are mistaken when they think that the only factors causing snoring are overweight/obesity, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages or that day when they are very tired.

Worse than that is that many people do not know that snoring can hide a much more serious problem, SLEEP APNEA, which is the obstruction of the passage of air through the throat causing the stop in breathing during the night, this has consequences for the heart rate significantly increasing the risk of serious cardiovascular problems such as heart attack and stroke for example.
