The 199 Cidadão application aims to promote access to services offered by Civil Defense.

Developed and distributed by the company CCONet LTDA, it is for exclusive use by residents of city halls who have contracted the CCONet service.

How it works:
After logging in using phone number and CPF, the user receives a confirmation code. Upon accessing, the user will have access to Civil Defense services, such as creating incidents, chat and others.
