PREFEITURA DE BURITIS provides the Transparency Portal in compliance with Complementary Law 131/2009 of May 27, 2009 and Law 12,527, called the "Access to Information Law" sanctioned on 11/18/2011, which has the purpose of regulate the constitutional right of citizens to access public information.
The objective of the Transparency Portal is to ensure the proper and correct application of public resources, thus increasing the transparency of public management and allowing citizens to monitor how public money is being used.
