֍ FOR YOUR SAFETY:
monitoring center, selfie requirement, CPF and full name for customer registration, panic button, option to share your location in real time with a trusted contact, support via WhatsApp with our regional center, registration of request point, point of boarding, route taken, disembarkation point, record of all messages exchanged in the app's chat.

i9: classic service, standard cars, air-conditioned.
i9 woman¹: Service designed for female customers to be served exclusively by female drivers.
i9 Mercado¹: Service aimed at those who go to the market and need a car with a larger trunk for their shopping.


֍ CUSTOMER PAYMENT METHODS:
BALANCE (Prepaid): the customer purchases credits directly in the app via pix or credit card and at the end of the ride the balance is credited to the driver's virtual wallet.
CREDIT CARD: the customer registers their card in the app and at the end of the ride the balance is credited to the driver's virtual wallet.
CASH OR PIX: pay directly to the driver at the end of the ride (remember to confirm receipt of the pix in your bank's app)
CARD MACHINE: for those of you who have a card machine, the customer stops directly at the end of the race.
