The APH Mobile App has functions for patient identification,
collection of vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate,
respiratory rate, pulse oximetry, temperature and glycemic rate),
conduction of anamnesis separated by the elements (main complaint, history of the current disease,
 History of Past Disease, Family History, Personal and Social History),
with possibility of annotations for each element, physical evaluation
(Respiratory tract and cervical spine, breathing / thorax, circulation, gastrointestinal tract,
 neurological and musculoskeletal disorders), as well as diagnosis and prescription
which can be recorded by voice command.

The Application may request permission to access the following features:
• Microphone for speech recording
• External data storage
