For residents who use the Remote Concierge System in their condominium:
IMPORTANT: To use the application, the condominium must be a customer of the EFITEG Group and have the resource available. (check with the Trustee)
The application is a solution aimed at condominiums that have contracted the EFITEG Group's Remote Concierge service. The objective is to optimize processes without losing security, streamlining visitor access, communication and internal processes.
Existing resources:
It is possible to make queries:
- Input and output query. Example: Know what time your child got home from school.
- Reports of visitors and visits.
- Internal occurrence reports.
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.).
- Reservations for common areas (barbecue, party room, etc. (If you have a license for your condominium).
Important interactions:
- Panic triggering by the app.
- Registration of Visitors to your unit.
- Sending a virtual key to the visitor's access to the common area (if you have it enabled for your condominium).
- Vehicle Registration.
- Personal data update.
