Program for the granting of prizes, through lotteries, to individuals, as a stimulus for the payment of the IPTU of the city of Guarujá-SP, pursuant to article 12 of Complementary Law 38/1997, provided that they are registered in the Municipal Fiscal Real Estate Registry of Guarujá and that they comply with the rules contained in decree 13109/2019.

Rules for Participation:

- Individuals who paid the IPTU in a single quota for the car lottery or up to date the monthly quotas for the lottery. The details for compliance with the rules can be verified in decree 13109/2019.
