Its founder Mr. Avenor Cardoso Júnior, worked for 15 years in the construction materials and tools market as a commercial representative of one of the largest wholesale companies in this segment in Minas Gerais. Seeing an opportunity to put his knowledge into practice, serving and diversifying the tools and screws market in the region, he acquired in 1997 his friend's store which had 30m² and after a few years expanded his business to a space of 280m².

Thus was born in 2003 on Av. Abílio Borges de Araújo, 593 in the city of Uberaba - Minas Gerais to "ARCO DE PUA" in order to specialize and provide its partners and consumers with hand tools, screws and fasteners.

In 2010, with the aim of expanding its operations to other regions, it opened a 260m² branch on Av. João Paulo II, 269 in the city of Araxá in Minas Gerais.

It currently has a team of 20 employees and more than 10,000 items serving several cities in MG and in order to further expand its operations, it has been standing out on the national scene in the distribution of established brands.

In March 2020, we decided to expand our activities to an online store as well, in order to serve with the same efficiency and transparency that made us get here, all over the country.

And we don't stop here, thinking about the future, in order to better serve our customers, in November 2021 we opened the Arco de Pua Express store, our first store in a mall, with service from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 2 pm.

We believe in good service, to achieve great results and in ethics to get new customers, we remain convinced in the purpose of offering to the market products that honor our reputation and the trust placed by our customers, knowing that these 18 years are just a small step in our walking.
