The HUGS CARE Application is a technological solution through which Caregivers can be found by those who need their services. Individuals or legal entities may contract through the Platform.

The Platform has two different applications. One for professionals: HUGS CARE CAREGIVERS; and another for service contractors: HUGS CARE application.

The HUGS CARE application addresses the need for more and more people, families and institutions to hire trained, qualified and experienced professionals. The Platform keeps the register of these professionals at the disposal of these demands. The professionals, in turn, have specialized and improved and are available.

The amount paid by the services contractor will be available in the caregiver's account and will be released after he arrives at his client's home to provide the service in a few days.

Caregivers and Health Professionals are customers of the Application, and will pay a fixed monthly administration fee to remain in the registry from the first service rendered by the application. The initial registration is free. The administration fee is monthly and fixed and aims to reimburse the cost of maintaining the application. It may have yearly readjustments, proportional to inflation.
