Incidents opened by a resident are only visible to that resident and the administrator. Other residents cannot access open incident reports.
Every action taken on your incident report triggers a notification to your cell phone. When the incident is finalized, you will receive instructions to approve or reject the given solution.
Important information such as water shortages or changes in internal procedures can be registered.
Documents such as internal regulations, collective agreements, and meeting minutes can also be made available. All users will receive notifications informing them of the new information. The application informs the administrator which residents have or have not read the information.
