Incidents opened by a resident are only visible to the resident and the administrator. Other residents do not have access to open incidents.
Any action taken on your incident triggers a notification on your cell phone. When the incident is finalized, you will receive instructions to approve or reject the solution provided.
You can register important information such as water shortages or changes to internal procedures.
Documents such as internal regulations, collective agreements and meeting minutes can also be made available. All users will receive notifications informing them of the new information. The application informs the administrator of which residents have or have not read the information.
