App created in the Professional Master's Degree of the PPGSTEH (Postgraduate Program in Health and Technology in the Hospital Space) at UNIRIO by Alexandre M. Mattos and under the guidance of Prof. doctor Fernando Rocha Porto.

Its objective is to inform users about the rights that people affected by diseases classified as chronic have and, especially, guidance on how and where to obtain such rights.
