The Santa Casa Votu application gathers all the health information of users of the public network of Votuporanga. The platform allows the viewing of electronic documents, prescriptions, reports, exams, procedures and consultations performed by the patient.
All information from the municipality's health units is integrated in just one place, including Municipal Consultations, UPA and Santa Casa de Votuporanga.
The application also offers the possibility of scheduling appointments and exams, including checking in to open the attendance form, even before leaving home.
The download can be done through the app store, Play Store for Android phones; and Apple Store for IOS. Just make a registration, informing the requested data on the application's initial screen, or even by an access key sent to the user's email, registered in the municipality's database.
