All posts can be scheduled by the administrator. Users can like, comment, and tag others in posts, promoting interaction and strengthening relationships with your team.
SEGMENTATION
The entire platform is segmented by tags (#), enabling content targeted to groups of people. Only those who truly need it see the information. Tags are created according to your needs and can be by region, branch, squad, project, department, position, team, etc.
GAMIFICATION
Every interaction on the platform and offline actions can generate points, which users can use to redeem products available in the store, thus encouraging engagement through gamification. The administrator can specify the points worth of each action and can manually assign points to users or groups through the admin panel.
COURSES
Promote training and development through courses, which are organized by modules and allow for the insertion of images, videos, texts, and questionnaires. Issue certificates and obtain comprehensive reports on the completion rate.
FILES AND GALLERY
Create folders with various file types and photo galleries and share them in a segmented manner.
EVENTS
Through a calendar, users can view events registered by the administrator, including national holidays and team members' birthdays. As soon as the administrator registers a new user on the platform, their birthday will automatically appear in the calendar.
WEB VERSION
The app, available for iOS and Android, has a desktop version so users can view and interact on their computer. The responsive website also allows access via a mobile browser, allowing users to access the app anytime, on any device.
ADMINISTRATIVE PANEL
In addition to managing users and content through the administrative panel, administrators have access to a dashboard containing all engagement and interaction metrics to view the results of their actions and the performance of their posts in a simple, quick, and intuitive way.
