Our application allows tenants to have access to a duplicate bill, payment history, reading communications and documents, pending payments, consulting income and expense statements made available by the landlord, making reservations in common areas of the condominium, direct interaction of the tenant with the trustee, and much more.

It will be available to the trustees to verify the condominium's default, send notices and documents to the tenants, mount polls, interact with the tenants, access reports of anticipated revenue, launch history, and much more.
