The application allows you to search for doctors, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic services of the accredited network of your plan, finding them on the map and can even trace the route to the destination.

It is possible to schedule your Face-to-Face or Telemedicine Consultation, as well as Exams in the Preferential Network. You can also consult your open payment slips and the 24-hour telephones at Santa Helena Saúde.

In addition, you will be able to access the virtual versions of the identification cards of your plan and its dependents, very useful in situations where you need to use the plan and do not have the original card.
