The APP SIGS - CIDADÃO application was developed to provide citizens with greater access to appointments scheduled/scheduled by and for them in health units, viewing their service history, possible notifications between the unit and the citizen and, new to the latest version, vaccines administered in municipal UBS.

The application is provided by a private company that, through contracts/tenders, provides the management tool for the municipality and citizens.
