Access documents related to the Chamber's legislative processes, including:

• Search Municipal Legislation by word, topic/classification, number, date range, and validity status;

• Search Proposals by word, number, submission period, and document status.

• Displays the complete progress of a given proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of the process, submission date, response deadline, response date, process outcome, links to documents related to the process, as well as supplements/observations;

• Search session documents (Agenda and Minutes of the Agenda), displaying the following information: session number, session type, meeting date and time and observations, session text, and progress.
• Provides direct links to the documents and files that comprise the session.

• View Councilmember Attendance, including attendance, absences, justified absences, and leaves of absence, displaying the date/time, number, and type of session.

• View Voting, displaying the matters voted on, the voting type, phase, quorum, and voting result, totaling the votes in favor, against, absenteeism, abstentions, and roll-call votes for each councilmember.

• View the list of current councilmembers, displaying their name, party, email, phone number, links to bills presented, session attendance, and roll-call votes.

• Also access other document formats, if available, such as PDF, HTML, docx, and doc.

• Search using the search and "Recent" screens. Search without filling in any of the fields (returning the most recent results) or fill in the fields you want.

• Choose between Simple, Textual, and Advanced Search.

• Use Textual Search to search the text available in the document subject or its composition, using double quotation marks and/or connectors for a more comprehensive search. Here are some examples:
- tapa + buraco (containing both the words "tapa" and "buraco");
- altera - partial (containing "alteração" and not "partial");
- "caixa d'água" or "caixa de água" (containing one of the two expressions);
- não pesar (not containing the expression);
- "altera e (dispositivos ou rural)" (containing the term "altera" and one of the two words "dispositivos" or "rural");

• Use Advanced Search to search for details that make up the document or the "object" being searched. You can also search by the period in which it was created (available only for some searches).
