SISS ACS is the application integrated with SissOnline - Intelligent System at the Service of Health - which provides community health agents with the following facilities:
- Individual Registration
- Household Registration
- Family registration
- Home/citizen visit
- Death Registration
The objective of the ACS APP is to improve the quality of health information and optimize the use of this information by managers, health professionals and citizens, we can mention some advantages:
- Elimination of the auxiliary registration typing process, considering the use of the CDS;
- Reduction in the storage of paper records within the UBS;
- Increase in the speed of sharing information with the rest of the team;
- Reduction in registration time and updating population records in the territory.
This data is securely recorded, organized and consolidated in a single register, in accordance with the Ministry of Health standards.
