SISS ACS is an application integrated with SissOnline - Intelligent System for Health Care - which provides the following facilities to community health agents:
- Individual Registration
- Household Registration
- Family Registration
- Home/citizen visit
- Death Registration

The objective of the ACS APP is to improve the quality of health information and optimize the use of this information by managers, health professionals and citizens. We can mention some advantages:

- Elimination of the auxiliary process of entering the registration, considering the use of the CDS;
- Reduction in the storage of paper files within the UBS;
- Increase in the speed of sharing information with the rest of the team;
- Reduction in the time for registering and updating the population's records in the territory.

This data is recorded securely, organized and consolidated in a single registry, in accordance with the Ministry of Health standard.
