- Consult the status of your authorization requests (consultations, exams and hospitalizations) through the option my assistance;
- Open requests for doubts, suggestions, praise, complaints or denunciations through the option protocols;
- Find offices, laboratories, clinics and hospitals through the medical guide;
- Obtain your income tax statement;
- Request authorization for exams, if they are previously registered at the requesting doctor's office.
