How it Works: By joining the project, residential users/customers who usually recharge their vehicles in the early evening, the peak period of the electrical system, will be able to use smart chargers purchased by them and connected to the platform provided by NEOENERGIA. The platform will manage the electric vehicle charging schedules, ensuring that charging occurs outside peak hours, without the user having to take any additional action.
Practical Example: Imagine that you arrive home at 7:30 p.m. and connect the charger to your electric vehicle. Due to the platform's parameterization, the smart charger remains in standby mode during peak hours. As soon as peak hours end (9:01 p.m.), the charger automatically starts charging the vehicle. The energy demand shifted to outside peak hours represents the energy benefit obtained by the project, and the bonus will be linked to this benefit, monitored daily.
