- Access your WORKOUTS: information about exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and workout expiration. Also check your physical assessment whenever you want.

- Consult the AGENDA of classes: check-in, check times, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, get notified as soon as there is a place available!

- Interact with teachers and colleagues, through TIMELINE, posting photos and messages.

- NOTIFICATIONS: the Balancé Arts Center notifies you of your upcoming activities or if someone has sent you a message, so you don't run the risk of missing any more classes or that important message!
