This application is a tool for physicians to evaluate perioperative cardiovascular risk in patients undergoing noncardiac surgery.

It was developed based on the 3rd Cardiovascular Assessment Guideline Perioperative the Brazilian Society of Cardiology, which includes recommendations of Cardiac Risk Index Revised Lee, American index College of Physicians and Multicenter Study of Perioperative Evaluation (EMAPO).
