Catfish SAFE is the name of the alarm system that, through SMS and telephone calls, in the event of a power outage.
The dimensions of the device are small, which allows it to be easily installed in existing electrical panels.
The equipment continuously communicates via Wi-Fi with the company's server called Catfish Cloud. When a power outage occurs, the server detects a drop in communication, which generates an alarm. During the first 10 minutes, the user is notified of the failure via SMS messages, which are sent every 5 minutes. After ten minutes, the server makes automatic phone calls, repeated every 5 minutes, letting you know that the problem has not yet been resolved.
The equipment does not require batteries or UPS, as it is the Catfish Cloud server that is responsible for notifying the producer when there is a power outage. Communication between the equipment and the server is done using a Wi-Fi internet network, which eliminates the need for telephone lines or cell phone chips in the equipment.
This application is used to monitor and configure the equipment.
