The app is intended for the citizen of Cambé, servers and suppliers who provide services to the city.

Initial Launch Features:

- Citizen: consultation of IPTU and sending information to Ombudsman (details below)
- Servers: checkpoint and biometric point
- Suppliers: scheduling payments query

Regarding the sending of information to Ombudsman, app requests the following citizen data:

Category of the claim (asphalt, garbage collection, day care, culture among others), event description, type of claim (complaint, complaint, request, suggestion, etc.), event photo and personal data also send anonymously).

At the time of registration, the app collects your location through GPS and automatically records the address field, making it easier to fill out the form.
