Aiming to improve support for external agents, the Municipality of São José dos Campos developed application and web systems to standardize and systematize the information collection process carried out by Community Health Agents and Endemic Combat Agents related to home and territorial visits, through a mobile application integrated with the SAMS platform.

The process aims to facilitate and speed up the updating of the register and the characteristics of the citizens, and to make available to Municipal Managers updated and systematized information on nebulization, larvae, Zoosanitary and others from the analysis of thematic maps of the information collected in the field, which will compose a database. of statistical data to support the elaboration of public health policies.
