Experiencing the constant advancement of technology, ANEPS (National Association of Professionals and Companies Promoting Credit and Correspondents in the country) decided to improve its communication channels by launching the application Reclame ANEPS.

The application is a new means of communication between ANEPS members and the consumer market for credit products (Personal Loan, Payroll Loan, Direct Consumer Credit CDC, Real Estate Credit, among others). With this app, customers will be able to open and manage their complaint calls, facilitating communication between the parties. The Totum Institute, responsible for management, mediates communications, if necessary.
