1 - OUR CHURCH
We are the First Evangelical Congregational Church of Jacarepaguá.
The First Evangelical Congregational Church of Jacarepagá is a Christian, evangelical and congregational church, where all matters are approved by the Church's assembly, the highest decision-making body in the 1st IECJ. We do this because we understand to be in tune with the Word of God, as we saw in Matthew 18:17, Acts 1:15-26 and 6:1-6 and 1 Corinthians 16:3.
We believe that the Bible is the only rule of faith and conduct. Everything that we live and experience must be supported by the Holy Scriptures.
We pray that God will richly bless you and the Holy Ghost will testify in your heart of all the truth.
Come and feel at home at the 1st IECJ, place of worship to the Lord.
2- MEC-MINISTRY OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

A Bible School, for the edification and empowerment of lives that will fulfill the call to conquer new lives.
Mission
Meet all the teaching needs of the Church; to be a support arm for the Church, providing a process of formation to each member.

Courses:
Christian life
New and living way, for those who are beginning their walk with Christ.
Period: 1 semester

Integration:
Course designed to integrate the new Christian and the Christian transferred from other churches to the entire doctrine of the 1st IECJ.
Period: 1 semester

Training I

For those who seek a maturation in the Christian Life. It develops the fundamental principles of the faith, basing the Christian on the Word of God.
Period: 1 semester

Training II AND III
To enable the Christian to fulfill the call to conquer. It aims at cell evangelism, consolidation, counseling and leadership.
Period: 2 semesters

Advanced Courses:
For those who wish to deepen their knowledge in the Word.
Period: 2 semesters
