Reabilita+ is an application developed for public physical rehabilitation programs, and is a solution from the FisioCloud platform. It was designed to support Brazilian city governments in remotely and personalizedly monitoring physical therapy treatments offered to the population.

The solution connects qualified health professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, fitness trainers and doctors, with citizens served by public health programs, enabling continuity of care even outside the office.

For accredited professionals:
- Register patients linked to the program;
- Start treatments and create personalized protocols;
- Monitor patients' progress remotely;
- Request them to fill out questionnaires about their physical condition.

For citizens:
- View their daily exercises with detailed instructions;
- Answer functional assessment questionnaires;
- Report pain levels and treatment progress;
- Consult the contact details of the professional responsible.
