Attention: The records are the responsibility of the state and municipal health managers, who collect and send the information to the Ministry of Health's database. They are made by the teams responsible for the vaccination center or the health unit where the dose was applied. The data are entered into the information systems themselves or integrated into the RNDS, the Information System of the National Immunization Program (SI-PNI) or the e-SUS Primary Health Care System (s-SUS APS).
