The CICO app assists employees and visitors to clock into the care home. The employee or visitor will enter the organisation name that appears after the splash screen and will be redirected to the page where they have to choose their role(employee or visitor). If employee they will clock in using the 'Clock In' option, which will fetch them the details of the shifts they are assigned with. If they have multiple roles the role can be switched and the shift details will also changes with that. If they do not have a shift assigned they have to fill all the details regarding the shift. After all these steps they will be redirected to page where they can capture their image and click 'Clock In'. They will be clocked into the care home with a toast message showing 'Successfully Clocked In!'.
To clock out the employee will click on 'Clock Out' option and will be redirected to page which shows the details of the shifts they are clocking out of. Then they have to capture image of themselves using the app and click 'Clock Out' to clock out of the system which will generate a toast message confirming the clock out.
The visitors can choose 'Visitor' tab after entering the organisation name. Then they will enter details regarding their visit and click 'Proceed' to clock in through the app. They do not have a clock out option.
