Taliecore is a Pilates App created by Pilates Instructor and lover of running Natalie France.
Natalie's own personal journey of training for 5k, 10k, Half Marathons and Marathons has been met with common running injuries along the way. This in turn has encouraged her to seek how she can use her own skills as a Fully Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to help to strengthen and condition the body to be primed for running, with the aim to stay injury free. Therefore moving the Taliecore App into the direction of now focusing on Pilates classes developed for runners.
Purley focusing on running and running alone is more likely to lend itself to injuries when the body hasn't been well prepped for running the streets. This is where Taliecore can now assist.
