Of course, rarely, and especially as a reward for doing something or achieving a result, it makes sense to relax in this way, but this cannot happen regularly (without being a reward) without harming a person's life and development.
An example of a good reward would be:
- 1 serving of fast food (on weekends) = 3 quality workouts
- Purchase of 1 game = 1 Read book
- 1 hour of courses / training = 1 hour of play (at a reasonable time)
- Weight loss by 5 kg (overweight) = A gadget that you want and can afford, but seems too expensive
