The City 311 App is a wonderful tool that instantly connects City Hall with its Residents. It enables intelligent 2 way communication when needed to help make your Town/City or District even more livable.

1. The Monitoring and Response Console: This receives all of the communication from your residents and responders. This is isa web interface that operates on any PC that is connected to the internet. Multiple users can be created.

 EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS (Warnings) are created in 1 minute or less to all or a select group of your residents &visitors.
 There is1 Response Center (RC) per client BUT in an emergency, more can be established to support your response. Response Consoles do NOT have to be situated inside the RC.
 It manages an unlimited # of Residents Apps; the App set up is less than a minute.
o All of your residents and visitors can be given the Resident App.
 It manages an unlimited # of Responder Apps.
 We can put yourlive map(s) right into your civic website that presents all of your map data.Or you can share your live map with other for a fee.
