Termination of employment is the end of the employee's employment contract with the company. Upon termination, the company's HR makes several calculations based on the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) and the Federal Constitution for the employee to receive their rights.
Instructions for Making the Termination Calculation
See the information you need to fill in the calculator to calculate the termination:
- Admission date is the date you joined the company.
- Dismissal date is the date you left the company; He was fired.
- Reason for Termination; Select one of the reasons in the combo
- Last salary; it appears on your professional card or on your last payslip.
- Early warning; Select indemnified or worked.
- Overdue vacations; Select Yes or No.
- FGTS Balance: Optional field, if you click on Include FGTS Balance calculation, the termination calculation is done including the approximate FGTS balance calculation
