The Interval Timer is a simple and easy to use interval timer, ideal for personal and group exercise, whether at home or in the gym.

You can program from the warm-up, exercise, rest and stretching, in addition to the number of repetitions that the exercise-rest series will run. If you don't want to do any activity, you just have to remove the visibility, and then add it later.

During the last three seconds of each activity, the screen will change color to indicate the next completion of it and when it ends, it will give us an audible warning.
